Throughout the years, Alema would fall in love with the dancer named Beklar. From there, she became a part of a criminal syndicate run by Zsinj, who would use her to lure the most powerful Jedi ever to the planet, Jango Fett. Alema Rar would find herself delivering the invitation to the Jedi to the top most dangerous regions of Corellia. But as one of Zsinj's main henchmen, Rar would come to earn a great deal of power, both through Dark Side persuasion and through her ability to capture powerful Jedi. It was through this that Rar would witness the Dark Jedi that Darth Maul was, and fall for the anger and hatred of both the Sith Lords. It was then that Alema Rar would become known as Darth Talon, which was her Sith name, and she would invoke the anger of the dark side into herself.
It was after the events that lead to the death of Jango Fett, Rar's life would take a strange turn, as she had met a Jedi named Aayla Secura. Secura had been the victim of Fett's early attempts to capture her, and she would come to trust Secura over the years.
